Shipping policy

Delivery & Shipping Items will be dispatched from our warehouse around 14-21 working days (exclude public holiday) after payment transfer is completed.

Hong Kong Shipment:

All Hong Kong orders over HK$800 (Except accessories & socks) will be delivered by S.F. Express.

We offer FREE courier service to Residential, Industrial & Commercial address, and FREE self pick up service at S.F. Express service centers / S.F. Stores. 

A $30 delivery fee will be incurred if the total amount is below HK$800

Macau Shipment:

All Macau orders over HK$800 (Except accessories & socks) will be delivered by S.F. Express. 

We offer FREE courier service to Residential, Industrial & Commercial address, and FREE self pick up service at S.F. Express service centers / S.F. Stores. 

A $50 delivery fee will be incurred if the total amount is below HK$800

Shipments deliver to Macau require around 2 - 3 business days after orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse. 

Other International Shipment:

All oversea orders is by request and the fees are based on the actual weight of parcel. 

The estimated delivery time 14-21 working days (except public holidays) * Applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customers.
